The factory covers 12000 square meters and employ approximately 200 staff including 8 engineers and 30 technical persons. Own the manufacturing centers, machine tools, digital control vacuum furnaces, automatic sensing brazing machines, automatic charging beds, riveting machines, automatic test beds, spring test machines, salt spray test machines, and flow test beds for providing excellent goods for customers. Our firm attained ISO9001:2000 certification in 2002 and ISO/TS16949: 2002 certification in 2008. Based on strong technical capabilities and a perfect quality management system, we are able to develop products according to customers' requirements. Specialize in producing various thermostatic expansion valves of auto air conditioners including CQRFN valves, GQRFN valves, GQRFW valves, LQRFN valves, RQRFN valves, RQRFW valves, and HQRFW valves, which feature easy adjustment, long lifespan, and enduring vibration. Suitable refrigerant: R12 and R134a; Capacity: 0.5T, 1.0T, 1.5T, 2.0T. Nowadays our factory has established business relationships with TOYOTA GOLD CUP, FOTION, GEELY, CHANGAN STAR and many other manufacturers. We are on the way to establish a business relationship with CHERY Group. Also, some products have been sold to the USA, Europe, South America, and Southeast Asia.
